Illustrating Product Features with Motion Graphics

Explaining how something works and why you should use it doesn’t have to be boring. That’s why we created a short motion graphic to explain the benefits and features of our own digital asset management system, MediaWorks. Before we put the first image into motion, though, we determined the goal of the motion graphic, call to action and product positioning. We created a succinct script for the content displayed on screen. This verbiage needed to be clear and concise, quickly highlighting only the most important benefits and features of MediaWorks. The storyboard brought more shape to the project as it depicted ideas for visuals and timing for on-screen content. The motion graphic opens and closes with “MediaWorks is a great starting point” – the focus of the awareness campaign that included targeted email series, a training presentation and website content.
