Educating the Enterprise on Social Media Guidelines

Social media is a huge part of how employees communicate today. So when the company decided to allow social media access to Facebook, Twitter and YouTube while at work, the first step was to create training and communication about the appropriate use of social media. The solution: a social media training motion graphic. Employees take this quick, 5-minute training course and electronically verify that they have read the official company guidelines. The motion graphic takes a common sense, real-world approach to learning about the appropriate ways to use social media as an HCA Healthcare employee. The colorful visuals and upbeat music illustrate examples that colleagues can easily relate to, regardless of job role, and inform them about company resources.
