An Organization’s Structure in Motion

The structure of an organization can be learned by reading org charts or attending an onboarding class. Perhaps a slightly more engaging way for new and existing employees to learn about the IT&S organization is through a short, five-minute motion graphic. With this particular motion graphic project, the script needed to strike a balance between including enough detail so colleagues could understand the various roles and services of departments in IT&S but not so much detail that it would soon be outdated when the next reorganization occurs. This goal was accomplished, and the motion graphic continues to stand the test of time, giving a brief yet informative explanation of the vital role each department in IT&S plays in the mission of HCA Healthcare.
