The Spread knowledge. Save lives. campaign was originally created to encourage HCA Healthcare colleagues to follow CDC guidance by continuing to wear masks, keeping distance and washing hands. Five months into the COVID-19 pandemic, there were concerns that colleagues may be becoming less diligent. This colorful, one-of-a-kind campaign was just what colleague’s needed to stay ontrack. While the design team developed charming character illustrations, our Creative Strategy team developed concepts for adorable memes (a new thing for HCA Healthcare). Both teams came together to create a campaign that was light while still impactful.
The campaign was so successful that it was refreshed not one, but two times.
The first refresh shared knowledge of what HCA Healthcare was doing to keep colleagues and patients safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. The second refresh shared knowledge about COVID-19 vaccines. Each iteration achieved its objective while maintaining a consistent voice and cohesive look for the entire campaign.
