Internal Culture Awareness Campaign
The objective for this project was to create inspiring, high-energy creative concepts targeted to our SATL colleagues that brought our culture to life by highlighting our values through bold, memorable visuals, collateral and activations.
This concept builds on the “living our values” campaign through an intimate, human-centered visual style that feels grounded and emotionally real.
Each short sentence reinforces a distinct but complementary expectation for how we show up — with each other, with our partners, and in our work.
Photojournalist-style photography captures authentic moments—an unguarded smile, a reassuring touch—highlighting connection, dignity and trust, while the orange ribbon weaves throughout as a visual through line symbolizing how our culture connects us across people, places and experiences, reinforcing that when we live our values, it shows in every interaction.
