HCA Healthcare Impact Center

The Impact Center brings HCA Healthcare’s legacy to life through immersive, interactive storytelling that highlights the impact our organization has on patients, colleagues and communities. Inspired by the success of HCA Healthcare’s 50th anniversary celebration in 2018, the concept for the center was developed to preserve and share the stories, milestones and innovations that have shaped the organization’s history and continue to guide its future. Construction began in 2022 and was completed in 2024. 

Creative Services played a key role in shaping the experience, helping develop the overall creative concept, storytelling approach and visual identity of the space. The team collaborated on environmental graphics, exhibit design elements, promotional materials and communications supporting the launch, while also producing video content featured throughout the center. Through compelling visuals and engaging storytelling, Creative Services helped transform the Impact Center into a dynamic destination that celebrates HCA Healthcare’s past, showcases its ongoing impact and reinforces its mission of caring for and improving human life.
