HCA Healthcare – India Environmental Design 

As HCA Healthcare expanded its global footprint with a new Hyderabad, India office, our team led the environmental branding strategy and design effort to create a workplace that reflects the organization’s culture while honoring the local community it serves. The project included the design and implementation of more than 50 environmental experiences across two floors, spanning large-scale murals, dimensional installations, interactive storytelling elements, workplace graphics and branded architectural moments.  

Through close collaboration with corporate stakeholders, India leadership teams and local vendor partners, we gathered feedback throughout the process to ensure the final experience authentically blended HCA Healthcare’s brand with the culture, history and identity of Hyderabad. 

The resulting environment uses a rich mix of bold brand colors, custom patterns, photography, storytelling and warm natural textures to create a sense of connection and belonging. From immersive city-inspired installations and colleague recognition walls to interactive history displays and collaborative gathering spaces, the project demonstrates how thoughtful environmental design can help translate organizational culture into a meaningful, everyday experience for colleagues around the world.
