LDI Playbook 

Creative Services developed the Leadership Development Institute (LDI) Playbook to help division teams plan consistent, high-quality LDI events across HCA Healthcare. Updated annually, the playbook provides a scalable framework for event planning and execution, including a dedicated theme, event design direction, planning best practices, templates, checklists and division-specific vendor recommendations.  

By bringing key resources into one centralized guide, the playbook helps teams work efficiently, strengthen consistency and deliver events that align with HCA Healthcare’s brand, messaging and leadership development goals.
