Strengthening Our Foundation, Inspiring the Future: 2024 HCA Healthcare CNO Summit

Hosted in San Antonio, the 2024 CNO Summit brought together HCA Healthcare nurse leaders from across the organization for three days of connection, collaboration and meaningful conversations about the future of nursing.  

Creative Services led the creative and production strategy from concept through execution, shaping an experience that reflected the impact of HCA Healthcare nurses and the organization’s continued investment in nursing leadership. The team oversaw venue sourcing, theme development, event design, space planning, production design and management, communications planning, attendee experience, food and beverage, activations, experiential moments, content development and budget management. 

 Through presentations, guest speakers, recognition moments and shared learning, the Summit created space for chief nursing officers to exchange ideas, celebrate accomplishments and explore strategies that help advance nursing practice across HCA Healthcare’s network.
