2026 CEO Summit

The 2026 CEO Summit, held in Frisco, TX, brought nearly 300 HCA Healthcare leaders together for a focused, forward-looking dialogue on how we inspire growth across our enterprise. 

The theme, “Advancing our Impact”, emphasizes the choices, behaviors and commitments each leader brings and builds toward our shared impact across HCA Healthcare.  

The design concept and system feature angular light that defines the look, illuminating the path ahead and bringing new possibilities into focus. It encourages leaders to pursue bold possibilities as we evolve, think bigger and transform the future with intention. 

The design system came to life across digital touchpoints and within the physical environment, with subtle HCA Healthcare brand cues and “Easter eggs” woven throughout the experience. 

CEO Summit reception events are intentionally curated to foster meaningful connection among colleagues. Each evening offers a distinct theme, vibe and energy designed to support purposeful networking. Every detail — from the atmosphere to the flow of the experience — is thoughtfully planned to help leaders connect, engage and build relationships in a setting that feels both elevated and welcoming.
